For the following workers, all applicants must have a certificate of sponsorship form.
1) Charity worker visa: This visa is for workers who have a voluntary job offer from a UK charity.
2) Creative and Sporting visa: This visa is for highly skilled workers who have a job offer as a sportsperson or creative worker, such as a musician or actor with the UK.
3) Government authorised exchange visa: For workers coming to the UK through an approved government authorised exchange scheme. Under this visa, you can do work experience, training, academic research or a fellowship. You can also take part in an Overseas Government Language Programme.
4) International Agreement visa: This visa for jobs covered by international law, including embassy and diplomatic household workers. This includes workers under the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) and similar agreements.
5) Religious Worker visa: This visa is for workers who have received a job offer, such as preaching or work in a monastery or convent, by a religious order in the UK.
6) Youth Mobility Scheme visa: For workers aged 18 – 30 from a limited number of countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Monaco, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea).This is designed for workers who wish to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years. This scheme replaced the Working Holiday visa.
